Salalı + Architects was commissioned to carry out a holistic intervention to an existing development in Erbil, enhancing the project with a unique thematic concept and the addition of commercial units. This transformation integrates the original structure with a fresh, modern identity, introducing a cohesive design that ties together the residential and commercial spaces. By incorporating commercial units alongside the existing facilities, the intervention fosters a dynamic and multifunctional community space, enhancing both the aesthetic and functional value of the project.
