New mixed-use development in Ankara has a very strategical location on one of the most prominent transportation axis of the city, connecting Ankara to its neighboring city Konya. The main intention of the design is to create a horizontal fragmentation for different functions of this mixed-use, where the ground floor commercial units are separated by a horizontal green podium, which is also serving as a landscaping area for the residence towers. Vertical mass between the residential towers and commercial units are allocated for home-office units. This allows us to gradually split the public functions from the private ones.
