Located in Hallaçlı, Ankara, this contemporary geriatric campus reinterprets the CCRC model as a holistic living environment where independent living, care, healthcare, and social life come together within a single integrated community. Rather than functioning solely as a care facility, the project creates a self-sufficient neighborhood composed of independent living blocks and villas, a comprehensive care complex, and a social clubhouse.

Organized around landscaped courtyards, natural walking routes, recreational areas, and shared social spaces, the campus establishes a calm and accessible environment that encourages both independence and social interaction. A network of green spaces and communal courtyards connects the different living and care typologies, creating a cohesive setting designed to support the changing needs of its residents throughout different stages of life.
