VILLA K | ANKARA

Located in Ankara, this contemporary villa organizes social and private living spaces within two distinct volumes connected by an inner courtyard and a vertical circulation core. Exposed concrete, warm brick textures, and generous glass surfaces create a balanced relationship between privacy, natural light, and material warmth, while a double-wall system composed of an outer wall and a perforated brick layer acts as an acoustic barrier against external noise.

The inner courtyard strengthens the relationship between the living spaces and the landscape, while the reflecting pool, circular wooden deck, and personalized car exhibition give the residence a distinctive character.
