PENDİK MIXED-USE PROJECT | ISTANBUL

Situated at the intersection of global connectivity and urban luxury, this project is not merely a development; it is a self-sustaining ecosystem designed for the modern “global citizen.” Spanning a massive 450,000 square meters adjacent to Sabiha Gökçen International Airport (SAW), this project redefines the concept of the Aerotropolis, creating a vibrant new hub where the frenetic energy of travel dissolves into the comfort of home.

The architectural massing is conceived as a seamless transition between the fast-paced dynamism of the airport and the serene topography of the surrounding landscape. The masterplan eschews the traditional isolation of airport hotels, instead weaving a cohesive urban fabric that integrates luxury residences, a 5-star hotel, Grade-A offices, and a high-end retail promenade into a single, fluid experience.
